SUP (stand up paddle board) course

When it appeared on the market not long ago, the SUP was considered an exciting auxiliary fun sport either for windsurfers in no wind conditions, or for those people on holiday who needed an easy-to-handle beach tool in order to make their leisure time more active.
The past years proved that the SUP – although perfect for the above mentioned goals – has way more potential and not only become a separate sport or lifestyle in his own right, but quickly overgrown windsurf as well.
No matter how simple the equipment is, if you really want to explore the SUP’s potential, there is good reason to “plunge” deeper in its technique.
WP_20150711_17_55_02_ProA Our 4-hour SUP course cover the basic skills of SUP handling (paddling techniques, straight motion, body positions, direction change), safety considerations and legal context, board types and SUP trends, as well as exercises on the board. Participation is conditional upon swimming skills and cheer:)
